Ortho-McNeil-Janssen Pharm, a division of The Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies, is looking for a Director, Channel Strategy - Multicultural Marketing to be located in Titusville, New Jersey (some travel to Raritan, NJ and Horsham, PA).
Bachelor’s Degree required. Seven or more years of demonstrated success and progressive development in healthcare or related experience (pharmaceutical experience is highly preferred) with a track record of performance and business results. The Vice President of Marketing has senior executive management responsibility directly and through lower management levels to establish and develop the Cardiovascular Division’s strategic and product-focused "upstream" marketing activities for Cardiac Surgery and Interventional Cardiology. Responsible for processes across organizational lines including working closely with Sales Divisions and "downstream" marketing organizations to successfully develop, execute and track marketing initiatives.
Acting independently and restricted by only the broadest policies and objectives, has senior executive management responsibility directly and through lower management levels to establish and develop the division’s "upstream" strategic and product-focused marketing activities, including the gathering and summarizing of Voice of the Customer (VOC) inputs. The primary responsibility of the Manager, Multicultural Initiatives is to develop programs, activities, relationships and processes that will assist individual Councils and the Girl Scout movement in increasing the awareness and valuing multiculturalism by reaching and engaging previously underserved markets of girls and adults. required.

Must have excellent and

organizations and groups as a way of "selling" the Girl Scout commitment to
multiculturalism. Depending on the audience being addressed, presentations
